The Hydraulic control valve is to pipeline media pressure as the driving force, for opening and closing, regulating the valve. It consists of a main valve and the attached conduit, needle valves, ball valves pressure gauges, etc., according to the purpose of the use of the function of the different places, can evolve into a remote-controlled float valves, pressure-reducing valves, slow-closing check valves, flow controllers, pressure relief valves, hydro-power control valves, emergency shut-off valves and so on.

As the pressure of the valve is lowered, the pressure of the valve outlet end of the water is through the connection pipe into the upper chamber of the diaphragm controller,and the lower chamber of the water is through the valve end of the connection pipe pressure back to the end of the valve, the slow closing valve plate will slowly close, slow shutdown can be adjusted according to the control valve. The upper valve plate of the rapid closure and slow closure valve plate of the slow closure is in line with the two-stage closure of the law and can be the groundwater hammer.

The Hydraulic control valve is to piping system upstream and downstream pressure difference△p as a driving force, controlled by the pilot valve, so that the diaphragm (piston) hydraulic differential operation, all automatically adjusted by the hydraulic so that the main valve plate is all open, all closed or in a state of regulation. When the pressure medium entering the control chamber above the diaphragm (piston) is discharged to the atmosphere or downstream low-pressure area, the pressure value acting on the bottom of the valve disc and below the diaphragm is greater than the pressure value above, relying on the pipeline medium will be the main valve disc pushed to the position of the full open: when the pressure medium entering the control chamber above the diaphragm (piston) can not be discharged to the atmosphere or downstream low-pressure area, the pressure value acting on the top of the diaphragm (piston) is greater than the pressure value below the diaphragm, and the pressure value in the pipeline is greater than the pressure value below the diaphragm. When the pressure value above the diaphragm (piston) is greater than the pressure value below, the medium in the pipeline presses the main valve disc to the fully closed position; when the pressure value in the control chamber above the diaphragm (piston) is between the population pressure and the outlet pressure, the main valve disc is in the regulating state, and the regulating position is dependent on the combined control effect of the needle valve and the adjustable pilot valve in the attached pipeline system.The  Adjustable pilot valve can be through the downstream outlet pressure and with its changes and automatically adjust the opening of its own valve port, thus changing the diaphragm (piston) above the control chamber pressure value, controlling the main valve disc adjustment position.

According to different needs, it can also change the attached pipeline and pilot valve to achieve the required functions.
